This lovely dog friendly property benefits from gardens to both front and rear, with driveway parking for two cars whilst being ideally positioned to be within walking distance of all local shops and amenities as well as the beach and harbour. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Kitchen with induction hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Lounge/diner with comfy sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and air source heater. Conservatory with comfy seating and doors to the rear garden. Bedroom 1 with King size bed, fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV with en-suite wet room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with zip and link super King size bed can be set up as two single beds on request. Bedroom 3 with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail and sea views. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 2 cars. Secure private garden to rear and grassed area to front, garden furniture. Oil central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rental. A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
