“This is a lovely property, nicely decorated and furnished.”

The beds were all extremely comfortable. The original integrated garage has been changed to a large bedroom/lounge suite which is very useful. The property is ideally situated right next to the beach and also within easy walking distance of the village centre. The only thing we couldn’t find was a proper chopping board! Highly recommend this property.

“Lovely break in " topsy turvy house" ( as my granddaughter named it☺) Well equiped and was lovely to be so near the beach.”

For families looking to book an integeral stairgate is in the house ( would be good if this is included in house description). Would really recommend Beechside and we hope to return.

Very well equipped with everything you need for a large group. House is in a quiet location just behind the sand dunes and a few minutes stroll to beach and fishing harbour.

House comfortable and warm, lots of little extras that aren't often in a rental property. Beadnell is a beautiful area, quiet, local cafe and pub about fifteen minutes walk away. Lots of stunning walks, would like to return here.

“Lovely spacious, modern house in a quiet location, very close to the beach.”

As the kitchen, dining area and lounge were upstairs, the veranda was particularly useful and well used in the sunshine. The outdoor furniture there was great. There was a good selection of books on the local area.

Beachside is a beautiful detached property in a fantastic location backing onto the dunes in Beadnell and just a stones throw to the beautiful sandy beach. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, Beachside makes the perfect holiday base with outstanding walks and bird watching on the doorstep. A quick walk over the dunes to the beach and the Heritage coast with its scenic sandy beaches and historic castles extends here for miles. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed, TV watching area and en suite shower room (access via 3 steps). Bedroom 2 with double bed with en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Bedroom 4 with single bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. FIRST FLOOR Open plan living room/dining room with balcony, TV, DVD. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is parking for 2 cars. There is a small garden to the front and a large garden to the rear. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. BEADNELL

Seahouses 1.5 miles; Bamburgh 5 miles.

This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, and it also offers boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.
