Its has a great central location very close to the harbour and town centre. Access to parking is quite tight especially when cars park close to the entrance to the rear of the property. Cars also park on the street outside the front door. A no parking sign and 24 hour access required at all times being put up on the front of the house could possibly help mitigate this issue

Thank you Jonathan. We are glad you liked the property and we will consider your suggestion about signage at the front. Parking in the courtyard at the rear is usually fine. It sounds like the guests in no.22 had parked outside their backdoor instead of in their allotted space on the back wall.
