Boat trips to the Farne Islands - home to a large array of wildlife, it is a popular destination for both holiday makers and day visitors.

Bamburgh with its golden beaches and magnificent castle is just a short drive away. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Kitchen / dining / living room (Open Plan) - completely modernised and upgraded for 2022 Kitchen area with integrated Bosch oven and microwave, Bosch induction hob, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining area with table and chairs for 4 guests. Lounge with comfy seating, wood-burning stove, flat screen internet smart TV, DVD/CD player, Wi-Fi, Sonos music system and telephone. Separate WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed and storage options. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Family bathroom with bath and over shower, WC and basin. A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
