“This was my second time at this property, so clearly my first experience was positive, otherwise I wouldn’t have returned.”
The property is dog friendly and consists of a number of stables and a coach house converted into holiday accommodation. They are immaculatey clean, comfortable and have everything you need for your stay if you’re catering for yourself, even a dishwasher; but given the great food and welcome you can get at the local pubs such as the Black Bull at Etal, the Bluebell Inn just along the lane and the Collingwood Arms in Cornhill village why bother cooking when on a break?

The property is aurrounded by fields and paddocks with sheep and chickens roaming free so you can’t but get relaxed when you stay here. When you choose to be more active the Cornhill-on-Tweed area is ideally suited to explore northern Northumberland and the Scottish Borders with plenty of beautiful nature and history to see.
I’m already checking my diary for my third visit. So clearly I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the place.
