    “Just had four wonderful days at the Aquila Lodge.”

    The lodge was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Well equipped, comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels and even hand soap in the bathrooms. The hot tub was heated and ready to go on arrival and was a lovely treat after our busy days doing touristy things. The lodge is very conveniently placed just off A1 making it easy to get around. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lodge and we would love to return soon.

Felmoor Park is a premier holiday park set just off the A1 in Northumberland and consists of 40 acres of woodland set around a manmade lake. It is located between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north. Just 3 miles away is the delightful village of West Thirston. The village has a shop, pub and restaurant, and is just 10 miles from Alnwick, with its Castle and now famous Garden, which features Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden and an ornamental walled garden.
