Called caretaker, no reply so left message. Tried to contact you to advise us of our next move, however no phone number was given. Our only option was a what’s app chat that acknowledged our query but no more. Very poor service. We had to sit outside the property in torrential rain for one hour, not knowing whether to find alternative accommodation or wait for your reply. Eventually a key holder turned up, not a great first impression.
We are very sorry about this. Our cleaner had mistakenly taken the key away with her which we were unaware of. As soon as we realised my husband went straight down with the key. This has never happened before. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience.
